Is Your Website Responsive? It Should Be.
If you're not actively working to market your business using as many avenues as possible, you could be losing out of tons of traffic and new leads. Having a website that isn't responsive means you likely aren't being found in search results on mobile devices - this is a major problem! Your website should look good on any and all devices, ie: televisions, tablets, desktops, phones, etc.
It is my guarantee to provide each client with outstanding customer service. That means providing more than just after-sales service, but comprehensive and reliable on-going support. I continue to give all of my clients the same level of service even after the job is finished. Have a look through my portfolio for some great examples of how I've helped other great companies just like yours!
Please review the process below to learn what will be involved in the redesign of your existing website or the development of a brand new website. Aside form the initial consultation, almost the entire process will be handled via email. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
1) Planning & Brainstorming Your Website
In this first phase, we will need to focus on gathering research, design reference/inspiration and general information so that I can learn more about your business; who your target audience is, your expectations as well as what content you will want to include in the website. I will help you accomplish this by chatting with you via phone/web conference and explaining my process.
2) Architecture & Design
The completion of your website architecture (site map) and the design prototype of your website is the next phase. In this phase, I will focus on ensuring that the design is to your satisfaction. You can add or make any changes until you are completely satisfied with the design of your new website. Development doesn't start until you give me your approval.
3) Development & Content
After confirming the website design with you, I will code the site and integrate the new design with a CMS (content management system). This can be a time-consuming task so if you're working on your content, I should be ready for it once I complete the CMS integration (usually a couple weeks). In order to ensure that the content is delivered in a clean and consistent manner that is compatible with the most popular browsers such as Chrome, FireFox, Safari, MS Edge, etc., I will create a CSS stylesheet which will be used throughout the site to maintain the design aspects. After the website is finalized and all content is approved and formatted, I will ask you and review your new website to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction.
4) Deployment - Making Your Website Public
Your website will be launched as soon as I receive the final approval from you. I'll divide payments according to the developmental phases so that it is convenient for you to pay for your website. Each payment is due prior to beginning each new phase. During this final process, the only thing that you may need to provide to me is the content and your feedback, I'll take care of everything else!
5) I'll Train You to Maintain Your Website
Once the website has been approved and made public, I will train you (via webinar) to manage content using the CMS. You'll be able to make all future updates internally but I’m also available to manage the site for you if you prefer. I've very efficient and experienced with creating websites, so what might take you hours/days, might take me a fraction of the time. I encourage you to contact me to discuss your project!
